The vulvar anatomy in this book is extremely inadequate. The innervation of the clitoris is entirely excluded.While 1680 words are used to describe the penis, only 33 are used to describe the clitoris.Surgeries that put vulvar anatomy at risk are described, despite this inadequate coverage of anatomy.This is after the editor, Peter Brennan, felt compelled to respond to my appeals to include the anatomy with lewd descriptions of oral sex techniques.This textbook should be boycotted.
